What to know before your visit

Please arrive on time to ensure your full appointment can be completed.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, and the full service fee will still apply, as your appointment time has been reserved.

A valid credit card is required to be on file for all appointments.

Whenever possible, arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and brows. Waterproof mascara should not be worn before lash appointments. If makeup removal is needed, please arrive a few minutes early.

For safety and comfort, additional guests are not permitted in the service area.
