Responsibilities:
- Perform eyelash extensions, fills, removals, lash lifts, tinting, and brow shaping according to the highest industry standards
- Conduct thorough client consultations to determine desired lash styles, lengths, and overall look, as well as brow preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Educate clients on proper eyelash and brow care and maintenance, as well as recommend suitable aftercare products
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships
- Assist in appointment scheduling, handling client inquiries, and maintaining accurate client records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest eyelash and brow trends, styles, and techniques, and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Certification in eyelash extensions and lash lift/tinting from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an eyelash technician or stylist, including experience with lash lifts, tinting, and brow shaping
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of current eyelash and brow trends and styles
