SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer flat rate shipping across Canada for $15. Our standard shipping is expedited and takes 3-5 business days to arrive. For those who need their order sooner, we offer rush 1-3 business days shipping for an additional fee of $25.
For customers located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), same day and next day shipping options are available. Please call for rates. To qualify for next day shipping, orders must be received before 1pm.
Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order.
For purchases over $100, we offer free standard shipping.
Please note that we are not responsible for any returned shipments due to incorrect address or failure to sign for the package. If you need to return an order, the price of the returned item will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. The shipping fee is not refundable. Reshipped orders will be charged for shipping again.

At Winks Eyelash Boutique, we welcome in-person shopping during our operating hours of Tuesday to Friday 11am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm. We understand that sometimes, customers prefer to see and touch the product before making a purchase, and we are happy to accommodate that.
For customers who prefer to pre-order their purchases, you can pick them up free of charge at our store/boutique during operating hours. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification that your order is ready for pick-up.
In the event that you need to cancel your order after it has been processed, the value of the product will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

At Winks Eyelash Boutique, we understand that sometimes, orders need to be changed or cancelled. That’s why we offer the option to change or cancel your order without penalty before it is processed.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you need to amend a processed order, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. This fee reflects the administrative costs involved in cancelling a processed order and restocking the product.
Please note that processed orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

At Winks Eyelash Boutique, we take great care to ensure that our products are shipped in good condition. However, in the event that an item is damaged or missing, we want to make it right.
If an item was damaged through our error, it must be reported to us within 10 business days of receipt. The item must be unused and shipped back to us within the same time frame to qualify for a refund or replacement.
To report a damaged or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
